The following are sample menus for a cold fork buffet – exact content & cost will depend on seasonality & your particular requirements.  I will work with you to ensure the menu is the right one for your needs.  Dietary requirements & special requests catered for.

  • Salmon & Egg Terrine – responsibly sourced salmon, Scottish smoked salmon & free range Welsh eggs combined with cream cheese & herbs to produce a sliceable terrine

  • Potato Salad with Crème Fraiche (v)
  • Basmati Rice, Pea, Broad Bean & Dill Salad (v)

  • French Country Terrine – a terrine consisting of pate made with outdoor-bred pork sausage, lambs liver, brandy, onions & garlic combined with pieces of free-range chicken breast & herbs
  • Outdoor-bred Roast Ham
  • Cold Poached Salmon with a Homemade Herb Sauce
  • Goat’s Cheese, Thyme & Onion Marmalade Galette (v)
  • Lemony Potato Salad (v)
  • Sweet Chilli Coleslaw (v)
