The following are sample menus as examples for a hot fork buffet – exact content and cost will depend on seasonality and your particular requirements.  I will work with you to ensure the menu is the right one for your needs.  Dietary requirements & special requests catered for.

Hot Fork Buffet – Sample Menu 1 (£12.00 per head)

  • Fragrant Chicken – Free-range chicken breast cooked in a cream-based sauce with subtle, warming spices – served with rice
  • Paprika Pork Goulash – Outdoor bred pork shoulder in a classic, spicy goulash sauce – served with rice
  • Mushroom & Spinach Cannelloni (v) – Cannelloni tubes cooked with mixed mushrooms, baby spinach, tomatoes, pesto & cheeses in a creamy white sauce
  • Green Salad (v)
  • Selection of Homemade Breads
  • Juices & Water
  • Tea & coffee available separately

Hot Fork Buffet – Sample Menu 2  (£12.00 per head)

  • Shepherd’s Pie Dauphinois – A classic shepherd’s pie filling using best quality minced lamb, topped with a sliced dauphinois potato topping
  • Smoky Sausage Cassoulet – Outdoor bred sausages, chorizo, & butter beans cooked in a tomato & onion, smoky sauce
  • Butternut Squash Lasagne (v) – A classic vegetarian lasagne made with butternut squash, red pepper, chestnut mushrooms & spinach in a tomato based sauce & combined with a rich, white, cheese sauce
  • Mixed Leaf Salad (v)
  • Selection of Homemade Breads
  • Juices & Water
  • Tea & coffee available separately

Hot Fork Buffet – Sample Menu 3 (£13.00 per head)

  • Aromatic Beef Curry – A spicy beef curry with ginger & tomatoes, served with basmati rice & homemade Naan Breads
  • Thai Green Chicken Curry – Free range chicken Thai Green Curry made with homemade curry paste & served with basmati rice & homemade Naan Breads
  • Vegetable Curry (v) – Mixed vegetables in a mild curry sauce with chickpeas, served with basmati rice and homemade Naan Bread
  • Selection of Homemade Chutneys
  • Juices & Water
  • Tea & coffee available separately
