A smooth pate made with high quality Scottish smoked salmon & cream cheese, served with homemade seeded bread toast & dressed salad leaves

Cottage Pie Dauphinois

A classic cottage pie filling using best quality minced beef, topped with a sliced dauphinois potato topping & served with seasonal vegetables

Chocolate & Vanilla Semifreddo

A creamy, homemade vanilla ice cream dessert interleaved with chunks of real plain chocolate & served with a homemade chocolate sauce

A tasty homemade pea soup garnished with parsley & served with strips of crispy outdoor bred, dry cured streaky bacon & homemade bread

High quality braising steak, slow cooked with red wine, tomatoes & vegetables, served with Rigatoni pasta & peas & finished with a grating of Parmesan

White Chocolate Pots

Flat-cap mushrooms baked with garlic, chilli & lemon, garnished with parsley & served with homemade French bread

Butternut Squash & Sage Butter Conchiglie

Roasted butternut squash served with a rich sage butter, Conchiglie pasta & finished with fried sage leaves & a grating of Parmesan

Coffee Semifreddo

A creamy homemade coffee ice cream dessert interleaved with plain chocolate chunks

Thai Sweetcorn Soup

A flavoursome sweetcorn soup flavoured with lemongrass, lime & chilli and finished with coconut cream, served with vegetable crisps.

Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

Fresh peppers stuffed with a mix of quinoa, dried fruits, onion, garlic, pine nuts, chickpeas and spices – baked in the oven until tender and juicy.  Served with a fresh green salad and homemade dressing.

Coconut Kulfi Ice Cream

Homemade vegan ice cream, made with coconut cream & coconut oil, flavoured with cardamom and pistachios, served with a seasonal fruit garnish.
