Healthy Options Dinner Menus

You can tailor the menus to suit your needs – mix & match between menus and also from the menus on our other Dinner Party pages.

Prices are dependent on the menu chosen and whether or not you require a simple drop-off or the full waitress service.

An average cost for a ‘Healthy Options’ drop-off menu, would be £15-20 per head.  An average ‘Healthy Options’ with full waitress service would be £30-35 per head. 

Organic versions of the meals can also be supplied at an extra cost – please enquire.

Having friends over for dinner?  Why not take advantage of our seasonal ‘menu of the month’?  A complete 3 course meal, delivered to your home, focussing on what’s in season.  You can opt for a drop-off only at the cost indicated, or if you require a full waitress service, an extra cost will be incurred.  See details here.

Healthy Options – Sample Menu 1

Bloody Mary Soup

A homemade, chilled tomato based soup using classic ‘Bloody Mary’ ingredients of Worcester Sauce & Tabasco sauce

Maple-Glazed Pork with Roast Garlic & Olive Oil Mash

Outdoor bred pork fillet glazed with maple syrup & soy sauce, served with a healthy portion of potatoes mashed with roasted garlic & olive oil & served with seasonal vegetables

Chocolate & Orange Tiramisu

Individually served homemade & healthy tiramisu made with Cointreau, coffee, a small amount of good quality plain chocolate, sponge fingers, light cream cheese & low fat Greek yoghurt.

Watercress, Pear & Goat’s Cheese Salad

Goat’s cheese, pear, watercress & honey-glazed pecan nuts served with a light honey & mustard dressing

Lamb & Butternut Squash Tagine

High quality leg of lamb slow-cooked with butternut squash, chickpeas, onions, garlic & spices & finished with couscous & herbs

Lemon Meringue Mess

A twist on classic Eton Mess mixing meringue with a homemade lemon curd & a smaller portion of whipped cream

Warm Greek Salad

A gorgeous, colourful salad using roasted aubergine instead of the classic Feta cheese usually associated with Greek Salad – roasted aubergine, onions & peppers served with cucumber, cherry tomatoes & olives, herbs & toasted pine nuts

Roast Redcurrant Chicken with Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes

Free range chicken breasts marinated in garlic, parsley, olive oil, redcurrant jelly & lemon then roasted with the garlic & rosemary potatoes & served with seasonal vegetables

Pineapple, Mango & Coconut Ice Cream

Homemade ‘free from’ ice cream made with pineapple, mango & coconut milk served with fresh pineapple & mango on the side

Healthy Options Vegetarian – Sample Menu 4

French Onion Soup

A healthy version of this classic French soup served with a small slice of homemade French bread topped with parmesan

Stuffed Butternut Squash with Sweet Peppers

Butternut squash roasted and stuffed with a mix of onions, cannellini beans, mixed peppers, garlic, peas, saffron, herbs, parmesan and a few breadcrumbs, served with a crisp, lightly dressed green salad

Dark Chocolate and Coffee Mousse

Really good 70% chocolate combined with espresso, eggs and just a touch of sugar produce a wonderfully indulgent, rich mousse served in a small shot glass – maximum flavour, minimum damage.  Served with fresh berries on the side.

Healthy Options Vegan– Sample Menu 5

Chickpea, Mint and Tomato Salad

A vibrant, fresh salad with chickpeas, fresh mint, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, spring onions and peppers with a homemade dressing.

Mushroom and Pea Coconut Korma

A mild, but flavoursome korma curry made with onions, garlic, mixed mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, peas, coconut milk and spices and finished with chopped almonds.  Served with brown rice.

Plum, Black Pepper and Vanilla Sorbet

A refreshing dessert made simply with fresh plums, vanilla and black pepper, served with a homemade plum compote.
