March Cooked From Scratch menu of the month offer – 2 meals for £26.50

The ‘menu of the month’ focusses on seasonal ingredients to be enjoyed at their very best – the stars of March’s menu are celeriac, lamb, leeks, parsnips, swede, forced rhubarb.

Take a night off from cooking, but treat yourself to something special – great quality food that’s been cooked from scratch.  Also, great for Mother’s Day (if you’ve forgotten that all important restaurant booking) or even Easter Sunday.

Remember – as everything is cooked from scratch and not mass produced, if you have any dietary requirements or simply don’t like an ingredient, dishes can be adapted wherever possible.  Just let me know and we will see what we can do.

The March menu includes – starters, mains, sides & desserts for 2 or 4 people.


Celeriac Soup – a vegetable a lot of people are not too sure what to do with.  Here we have a really tasty soup with a hint of curry.  Vegetarian – can be adjusted to gluten free on request.


Shepherd’s Pie Dauphinoise – a twist on a traditional shepherd’s pie with a topping made from dauphinoise potatoes instead of traditional mash – good enough for a dinner party. Gluten free.  Provided ready to bake in the oven.

OR  Garden Veg Cottage Pie (v) – A twist on traditional cottage pie with goat’s cheese incorporated into the mashed potato topping.  The vegetables included in the sauce will reflect what’s in season, hence the name. Provided ready to bake in the oven.


Pot-Roasted Roots – part-roasted vegetables, with herbs, ready for you to finish baking.


Pink Rhubarb Crème Brulee – the deliciously decadent crème brulee dessert (provided in foil container) but incorporating the delicious forced pink rhubarb available now.
